Job Summary

Oversee all sales floor departments within a Sephora location (such as Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare), ensuring on-stage teams execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service. Support client feedback response by partnering with your direct manager, help train cast on client interactive technology, and assist with in-store events. Coach performance within the assigned area and demonstrate strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or a combination of these areas.
•Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely response to client feedback per department.
•Support training of World selling cast in client interactive technology.
•Support in-store events as needed to help the store achieve its goals and meet client needs.
•Be aware of and coach performance management situations, ensure timely improvement feedback, and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20 - 23.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast.
•Ability to ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
•Be able to coach performance management situations within the assigned area and deliver timely feedback for improvement.
