Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to meet business needs and requirements.
  • •Connect U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product and portfolio opportunities.
  • •Establish product vision, charter, and roadmap, including defining outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features/epics and plan actionable steps.
  • •Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap using OKRs through discovery, design, development, and delivery.
  • •For technical products, understand technical features and drive modernization, debt reduction, and risk-aware delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Generally a minimum of eight years of experience.
  • •Product management experience.
  • •Knowledge of Agile ways of working, including processes, tools, and techniques for assessing and controlling organizational risk.
  • •Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including ability to design, configure, and integrate technical aspects.
