Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, analyse and advise on technical specifications and technical standards associated with winter maintenance operations for roads networks.
  • •Advise on regulatory compliance, standards and best practice in the development and management of contracts with respect to technical specifications and technical standards for winter maintenance.
  • •Be fully conversant with and understand the relevant parts of Supplier contracts.
  • •Produce reports on the delivery and effectiveness of Suppliers works and services associated with winter maintenance.
  • •Collaborate with the Roads team to support PAG objectives and stakeholder expectations.
