Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face.
  • •Manage multiple calendars (executive, conference room, and events) and coordinate meetings and schedules across site teams.
  • •Assist leadership with travel bookings and expense reports, and support meeting preparation and hosting (content, food/beverage, AV, and room setup).
  • •Welcome and guide guests and travelers, ensure badge/visitor management compliance, and manage site tour requests and visit logistics.
  • •Support ITAR/NDA form execution, coordinate facilities/food services improvements, handle administrative tasks (supplies, PO submissions, shipping, budgets), and assist with new hire desk setup.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree and 6+ years in an office setting, or a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in an office setting.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, and calendar management.
  • •Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
  • •Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, including willingness to assist with light tasks and errands as needed.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong computer skills (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
