Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a ticketing contact for events at assigned venue locations and develop working relationships with promoters, ticketing staff, guests, and partners.
•Partner with Box Office Managers on training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of Box Office personnel, ensuring adherence to ticket operations policies and procedures.
•Support nightly box office operations during events, including ticket sales, reporting, and ticket scanning.
•Coordinate event management details with partners (ticket holds, orders, release timing), and monitor ticket inventory and dynamic pricing with the Pricing team.
•Partner with Box Office Managers to maintain accurate accounting records, follow cash handling policies, perform safe reconciliation and deposits, and run daily financial reporting.
