Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE each day, then use technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
  • •Build warm, patient-centered connections and collect relevant information while preparing to perform in-home services.
  • •Perform low-acuity preventative and diagnostic services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Provide care in accordance with exceptional quality standards while communicating using HIPAA-secure channels and operating autonomously.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to deliver preventative and diagnostic services in patients’ homes.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where required by state; Basic Life Support certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and ability to pass national background check and DMV check.
