Human Resources Generalist

Support HR initiatives focused on organizational development and change management. Develop and execute change management strategies, collaborate with managers to improve engagement and retention, and assist with employee investigations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Handle onboarding/offboarding, compliance reporting, employee relations topics, performance management and goal-setting, exit interviews, and job description updates. Partner with Finance/Accounting/Payroll on job code issues and support HRIS and policy/process improvements while maintaining confidentiality.
