Key Responsibilities

•Participate in designing solutions for service innovation technical challenges through technology studies.
•Review multidisciplinary service innovation change projects, prototypes, and test designs to support successful implementation.
•Investigate serviceability of newly designed products and recommend improvements to component serviceability.
•Develop overall test designs, including test cases, for verification and validation of service functionalities and serviceability.
•Implement service innovation methods, evaluate concepts/projects for strategic alignment and ROI, and drive continuous improvement through proactive alert systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Bio-medical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years’ experience in field service engineering with proven success implementing service innovations.
•Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
•Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
