Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft, implement, and manage all aspects of employer-sponsored benefits programs.
  • •Research, analyze, and evaluate benefit plans, advising clients as a trusted Health & Welfare benefits subject matter authority.
  • •Develop and execute client strategic plans and deliverables, quantifying financial implications and risk of plan options.
  • •Negotiate carrier/vendor terms, coverage limits, and pricing, and coordinate new business implementation and open enrollment.
  • •Maintain project plans and ensure client data is entered into Salesforce; review work of junior team members and provide guidance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
