Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality technical support for Honeywell automation, safety, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
  • •Perform configuration, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and system upgrades remotely and on-site.
  • •Support projects ranging from small system modifications to large-scale modernization and migration initiatives.
  • •Install and maintain servers, networks, virtualized environments, proprietary hardware, and software platforms per project specifications and Honeywell Global Service Management (GSM) standards.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex incidents using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis, while managing customer incidents and service requests with proactive communication.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in industrial automation, engineering, operations, maintenance, technical support, or related environments.
  • •Hands-on OT experience with DCS, ESD, Fire & Gas systems, PLCs, and SCADA platforms.
  • •Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • •Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with a valid driving licence.
