Job Summary

Serve as an Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) supporting enterprise IT delivery for Military, Civilian, and Contractor teams. You’ll review and process SAAR requests, manage account creation across NMCI environments, execute hardware/software buildouts using the Navy Enterprise Toolset, and administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange (including Distribution Groups). Provide operational support and troubleshooting, coordinate with NMCI and Flank Speed helpdesks, and maintain oversight to prevent downtime and loss of visibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, evaluate, and report on technical performance as the ACTR.
•Review and sign System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms.
•Submit and track account creation requests for NMCI NIPR, NMCI SIPR, Flank Speed, and NNPI.
•Execute and manage hardware and software buildouts using NMCI orders and the Navy Enterprise Toolset (NET).
•Administer Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange services, including Distribution Groups, while managing IT systems/apps to prevent operational downtime and troubleshoot service requests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
•Minimum 5 years of experience working in U.S. Navy Programs or operations.
•Active Secret Security Clearance.
