Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrity of the UK & Europe balance sheet and ensure reconciliations are current, reviewed, and explainable.
  • •Produce accurate monthly group reporting and management accounts with variance commentary and be the point of contact for group finance queries.
  • •Own UK & Europe compliance calendar by directing external accountants/advisers across Companies House, HMRC, and VAT and escalation of compliance risk.
  • •Partner day-to-day with UK & Europe leadership on the regional P&L narrative, budget vs actual, and pricing/deal terms impact; feed decision-ready inputs to FP&A.
  • •Partner with Sales and Customer Success on collections, own collection risk views, and drive down UK & Europe DSO by addressing upstream causes.
