Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide planning and resource management across multiple Starlink verticals for product and change management, including development of business models.
  • •Identify initiatives to improve Starlink’s business outlook and develop, track, and execute initiatives with leadership.
  • •Lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, execution, customer experience, and business scale while balancing resources.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and external resources to build a network that supports product compliance.
  • •Define processes and build tooling to expand resources while reducing risks and remediating gaps in change management workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
  • •2+ years of experience in operations and/or process improvements.
  • •2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • •Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • •Experience with inventory, product, and capacity planning (including MRP/ERP systems).
