Analyze data and partner with Starlink leadership to improve business outlooks, craft actionable recommendations, and lead cross-functional efforts for key product and change-management decisions. Drive near-term execution and long-term planning by identifying initiatives, implementing process and system enhancements, and building tooling that improves handoffs, customer experience, value streams, and operational efficiencies across Starlink teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide planning and resource management across multiple Starlink verticals for product and change management, including development of business models.
•Identify initiatives to improve Starlink’s business outlook and develop, track, and execute initiatives with leadership.
•Lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, execution, customer experience, and business scale while balancing resources.
•Partner with cross-functional teams and external resources to build a network that supports product compliance.
•Define processes and build tooling to expand resources while reducing risks and remediating gaps in change management workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
•2+ years of experience in operations and/or process improvements.
•2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
•Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
•Experience with inventory, product, and capacity planning (including MRP/ERP systems).
