Job Summary

Experienced Learning & Development Manager responsible for designing and delivering content for asynchronous and instructor-led training (ILT, vILT), creating engaging training decks, and optimizing training effectiveness across global programs. Leads needs analysis, content design for management and team development, and facilitates in-person and virtual workshops, leveraging LMS tools and authoring software. Based in Costa Mesa HQ with travel as needed.

•Design and develop engaging management and leadership development content for ILT, vILT, eLearning, microlearning, and job aids.
•Create interactive, visually engaging content using authoring tools (e.g., Synthesia, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, Camtasia).
•Partner with SMEs to define learning objectives and ensure business alignment.
•Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees at various levels, from onboarding to mid-level leadership.
•Utilize data analytics and feedback to evaluate and improve training effectiveness and update programs accordingly.

•Experience creating soft-skill and organizational capability learning solutions at scale
•Must be a US Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
