Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the export supply chain end-to-end for finished goods and bulk spirits, establishing scalable processes and clear accountability for international shipments.
  • •Oversee export shipment execution from order readiness through shipment planning/booking coordination, aligning with customer requirements and coordinating export documentation flows.
  • •Partner with Trade Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Tax/Legal/Quality, and Finance to ensure compliant export processes and address documentation/compliance gaps.
  • •Serve as primary export supply chain operational leader and key contact for international markets, providing transparent communication on order/shipment status, risks, delays, and recovery plans.
  • •Develop export supply chain SOPs and KPIs, drive process improvements using reporting/automation, and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions while coaching the export team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,700 - 170,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •7+ years’ experience in export operations, international logistics, supply chain planning, trade compliance coordination, customer service, or related functions.
  • •Lead export shipment execution and documentation workflows, including coordination with freight forwarders/customs brokers and support for international customers.
  • •Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, international transportation, order management, and shipment tracking.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop others, with analytical skills using data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
