Lead strategic client relationship management and drive revenue growth in the New York State contract and commercial surety market. Supervise and manage the surety market, serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, and develop consultative sales plans to retain accounts and create new opportunities. Build internal and external relationships, maintain accurate client records in account management systems, and travel regularly (25–40%) to meet clients in person.
