Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end AI solutions (agents, copilots, RAG systems, automation, ML models) including data pipelines, integrations, and deployment.
•Select and justify the right AI tools per problem (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Claude, AllianzGPT) while considering cost and governance trade-offs.
•Productionize solutions with enterprise-grade reliability (monitoring, alerting, error handling, version control) and build reusable modular components.
•Own FinOps for AI workloads by tracking consumption, reporting cost per solution, and optimizing via routing, caching, and right-sizing.
•Enable business teams through training and scalable enablement assets (prompt libraries, decision guides, self-service playbooks, walkthroughs) and provide executive demos/narratives.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or solution development, including 12–18+ months building GenAI/LLM applications in production.
•Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
•Experience building end-to-end AI products with user feedback loops and measurable business impact.
•Hands-on expertise with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI (or equivalent cloud AI) and low-code AI tooling (e.g., Copilot Studio).
•Azure certifications such as AI Engineer Associate or Data Engineer Associate (or equivalent expertise).
