Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the lifecycle marketing program for paying customers, including 30/60/90 onboarding and ongoing customer communications.
  • •Segment paying customers and orchestrate, build, QA, and measure lifecycle journeys and triggers based on adoption, expansion propensity, and churn risk.
  • •Drive expansion and cross-sell plays and coordinate qualified opportunity handoffs to Sales and CS.
  • •Run retention and win-back programs for at-risk cohorts, dormant accounts, and churned accounts where commercially worthwhile.
  • •Operate an AI-first workflow by building agentic workflows for segmentation, signal interpretation, journey building/testing, and comms drafting/variants.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years in lifecycle, CRM, customer, or retention marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • •Design and run behavior-triggered customer journeys with adoption, retention, or expansion outcomes you owned.
  • •Comfortable defining segments and churn/propensity logic from product-usage and account data, including specifying scoring and routing.
  • •Fluent in a marketing automation or lifecycle stack such as HubSpot, and in cohort analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience building agents or agentic workflows that do real work, with examples you can show in interviews.
