Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and coordination of Operational Technology initiatives across UFP Packaging manufacturing facilities, partnering closely with the OT Project Manager, OT Engineers, plant leadership, maintenance, engineering, IT, and vendors.
  • •Manage project schedules, site activities, equipment installations, system deployments, commissioning efforts, and post-deployment support.
  • •Track milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues impacting cost, scope, quality, or schedule.
  • •Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action item logs, change requests, and ensure project information stays accurate and current.
  • •Coordinate startup and go-live activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and training; facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews; coordinate vendor and contractor activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of administrative/project coordination experience.
  • •Intermediate to expert proficiency with MS Office tools (including Word, Excel, Planner) and PM software; experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets using MS Office.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while multi-tasking.
  • •Understanding of MRP fundamentals is preferred; experience with ERP systems is required/expected.
