Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite new and renewal Cyber accounts to meet top and bottom line targets within underwriting guidelines and delegated authority.
  • •Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms with brokers to achieve competitive and profitable outcomes.
  • •Proactively manage exposure and capacity across the Cyber book, identifying and addressing concentration risks and emerging trends.
  • •Support new business acquisition and client retention with Distribution and Client Relationship teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience underwriting profitable Cyber business in the Iberia region and managing or contributing to a Cyber portfolio.
  • •Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant discipline (equivalent professional experience considered).
  • •Established broker relationships and a good understanding of the Iberia cyber insurance market.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess risk exposures and apply sound underwriting judgment.
  • •Fluent Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese or other Iberian languages is a strong advantage.
