Key Responsibilities

•Support the team in managing complex cases, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise to ensure high-quality solutions and optimal outcomes for intermediaries/client
•In alignment with the LoB Manager, define and execute strategic business development initiatives aligned with the Company’s growth and underwriting objectives
•Support/drive initiatives aimed at achieving profitable growth within the Accident & Health business with a strong focus on Employee Benefits and Affinity solutions
•Develop and strengthen partnerships with brokers, corporate clients and affinity partner expanding distribution channels and market presence
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand distribution channels and market presence

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent qualifications
•At least 5 years of experience in the Accident & Health (A&H) field
•Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
•Strong ability to organize and manage workload effectively
•Proactive mindset
