Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of product managers to develop and support a universe of customer data products.
  • •Build and support scalable data tools and products for a modern, real-time data environment.
  • •Define and drive customer data product strategy to enable real-time intelligent updates that support fraud protection and faster fund access.
  • •Shape local and partner roadmaps and define shared capabilities that can be scaled across line of business and enterprise.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve customer problems, mitigate product risks, and align organizational execution.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, or related) OR Business or Marketing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
  • •Experience defining and driving multi-year product roadmaps, collaborating with product managers, data analysts/scientists, and data engineers.
