Tool Operations Manager

Own and manage the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools, from evaluation and onboarding through deployment, sustainment, upgrades, integrations, and retirement. Serve as the business owner for enterprise security platforms by defining service expectations, support models, procedures, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement across tool operations, adoption, and data quality, collaborating with product security, engineering, infrastructure, and other teams to ensure reliable, scalable, audit-ready security capabilities.
