Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert advisory support in the functional and technical analysis of core banking platforms used by banking clients.
•Assess alignment of core banking architectures with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
•Advise clients on the evolution, modernization, and integration of core banking systems within complex enterprise application landscapes.
•Support the definition of business and system requirements for new functionalities, recommending scalable and future-proof solutions.
•Perform impact assessments of system changes on operational processes, customer journeys, and banking products.

Key Requirements

•Core Banking & Financial Services Expertise: strong knowledge of core banking platforms (e.g., Flexcube, Temenos T24, Profile, OBS) and their architectures; proven advisory experience for financial institutions in core banking and transactional systems; ability to translate business requirements into system designs; understanding of regulatory/compliance needs in core banking; experience integrating core banking with digital channels, CRM, BI, and external systems.
