Key Responsibilities

•Provide general maintenance services to a designated area or number of properties.
•Report faults using the AORA IT system to ensure faults are reported and closed for the property portfolio.
•Ensure properties are compliant and fit for purpose when completing tasks.
•Maintain health and safety by achieving building-standard safety for property users and completing works per risk assessments and method statements.
•Carry out additional property maintenance duties including furniture/inventory repair or replacement, materials/PPE management from approved suppliers, waste disposal, and garden maintenance.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: GBP 27,500 annually
