Compliance Monitoring Manager - Ops

Lead the Emirates Compliance Monitoring Audit team’s Flight Operations departmental audits outside the flight deck. Serve as the SME for operational monitoring and audit programmes to ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures. Oversee regulatory implementation (including CAR-OPS 1, CAR ORA and IOSA), manage audit schedules, produce compliance reporting, coordinate with GCAA and foreign authorities, develop audit methodologies, and lead a team of auditors while supporting IQSMS development.
