Systems Administrator (Linux/Unix)

Support critical infrastructure by operating container technologies and orchestration platforms, including deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. Contribute to automation and self-service via templates, scripts, and infrastructure-as-code, and use Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, kubeadm, monitoring and logging) for production support. Perform root-cause analysis and security remediation (vulnerability assessment and patch management) while following ITIL incident/change/problem/release processes and partnering with platform, engineering, and delivery teams.
