Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Commission Manager responsible for end-to-end service delivery for large or complex commissions.
  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through cost management service delivery.
  • •Manage feasibility studies, procurement reports, estimating and cost planning, cost checking/valuation, post-contract cost variances, and change control.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, present them to clients, and support value engineering and life cycle costing.
  • •Negotiate and agree final accounts, lead interfaces with clients and consultants across project stages, and develop new business opportunities for existing and new clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Experience in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
  • •Proven experience compiling, assuring, and delivering complex estimates and cost models.
  • •Experience working within an integrated Project Controls team.
  • •Excellent and flexible skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong client-facing written and verbal communication.
