Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution/coverage development and optimization to meet NPI business milestones and KPIs.
  • •Develop, debug, and characterize ATE test patterns, test flows/methods, and optimize coverage for improved quality, yield, cost, and test time.
  • •Lead pre-silicon engagement with design on test solution/methodology scoping, planning, and validation.
  • •Execute post-silicon bring-up by applying test patterns, optimizing for mass production enablement, and resolving production issues through engineering analysis.
  • •Solve complex, novel, non-recurring problems and provide technical supervision or mentoring for junior engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 119,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC products and related test concepts.
  • •Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience using industry-standard ATE test platforms.
  • •Experience developing ATE test patterns, test flows/methodologies, and performing optimization for quality, yield, and cost.
  • •Ability to conduct characterization execution and analysis to debug new silicon designs and process technologies.
  • •Demonstrated technical, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams.
