  • •Higher education in Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a field applying to Information Technologies.
  • •Knowledge and experience in at least one Dynamics 365 module: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and/or Customer Insights.
  • •Knowledge and experience in at least one product: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and/or Power Virtual Agents.
  • •Valuable programming knowledge in C#, Power Query, Power FX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; plus strong teamwork and autonomy.
