Job Summary

Deliver and implement Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform), supporting solution design and delivery across Dynamics modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights. Develop with Power Apps/Power Automate and related products, applying programming skills (C#, Power Query/Power FX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Work collaboratively with a team, leveraging Agile autonomy to solve customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and deliver solutions using Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform).
•Apply Dynamics 365 module knowledge (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Insights) to support solution delivery.
•Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and/or Power Virtual Agents.
•Use programming skills (C#, Power Query, Power FX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) as needed for solution work.
•Collaborate with the team using an autonomous, agile approach to identify solutions and execution needs.

Key Requirements

•2 years of proven experience (technical and/or functional) designing, implementing, and delivering solutions in Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform).
•Higher education in Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a field applying to Information Technologies.
•Knowledge and experience in at least one Dynamics 365 module: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and/or Customer Insights.
•Knowledge and experience in at least one product: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and/or Power Virtual Agents.
•Valuable programming knowledge in C#, Power Query, Power FX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; plus strong teamwork and autonomy.
