Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the growing and expanding Data Centre team.
  • •Provide management and leadership with strong grounding in Data Centre engineering & technical skills.
  • •Ensure projects achieve required results, deliverables, and client needs; set standards, quality guidelines, and manage schedules/resources.
  • •Provide technical delivery strategy oversight across EMEA (standards, benchmarks, mentoring/coaching, and knowledge transfer).
  • •Drive work winning and business development; provide programme management and commercial oversight for major projects, including monitoring risks and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • •Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE (or equivalent institute).
  • •Strong career background delivering Mechanical projects across Data Centres and mission critical environments.
  • •Proven experience leading Data Centre project work streams in the UK and preferably across EMEA.
  • •Demonstrable client-facing experience, commercial acumen, and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
