Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute quality strategies, test approaches, and quality standards across products and teams.
  • •Perform end-to-end validation of complex software and hardware-integrated solutions using manual, exploratory, automated, and laboratory-based testing.
  • •Provide technical leadership for quality engineering practices, test automation frameworks, and testing methodologies; mentor other engineers.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Architecture, Operations, and Support to identify quality risks early and establish quality gates for releases.
  • •Own quality metrics, release readiness assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and test effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in software quality assurance, defining test strategies and executing manual and automated testing in Agile teams.
  • •Hands-on experience with test automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Strong knowledge of software quality engineering practices and quality metrics, reporting, and release governance.
  • •Ability to validate solutions that combine software and physical devices, including laboratory environment testing.
  • •Knowledge of API and integration testing, and experience driving quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
