Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects involving advice to clients on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans
  • •Support preparation of client deliverables including tax provision work and contemporaneous documentation to avoid tax penalties under Section 6662
  • •Conduct financial and economic analyses, including industry/market research, economic valuations, and comparative financial benchmarking
  • •Assist in preparing valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies
  • •Maintain client relationships and work effectively with client management and staff to gather information and perform tax services

Key Requirements
