Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day project contact connecting clients, creative teams, and agency partners for aligned, smooth execution.
  • •Manage client objectives, expectations, timelines, and communicate changes and direction to internal team members.
  • •Work with internal stakeholders to develop insightful strategies and compelling briefs for impactful creative work.
  • •Own staffing, scoping, and client budget management to manage costs, resource allocation, and profitability; identify risks and build contingency plans.
  • •Advocate for delivery quality and present work; mentor/coach junior team members and champion team effectiveness and collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 115,000 annually

  • •4+ years of relevant, client-facing industry experience managing delivery of exceptional work.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of budgets and ability to deliver on budget and on time.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of client and agency operations, including Ogilvy’s capabilities and internal process integration.
  • •Strategic ability to develop programs/briefs and provide solid thinking that leads to impactful work.
