Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and strong brand standards. Execute sales strategies by monitoring performance and driving revenue growth while coaching and supporting store associates through effective mentorship and leadership. Ensure compliance with Levi’s store policies and consistently meet store and individual sales and performance goals. The role also requires physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move throughout the store.
