Key Responsibilities

•Provide positive guest interactions, information, and assistance to support an enjoyable experience
•Communicate venue information on policies and procedures as guests enter the venue
•Answer guest questions about common venue programs such as upgrades and purchasing fan merchandise
•Assist guests with seating, seat relocation, escorting to meet & greets, and locating lost items
•Support sustainability and venue closing activities, assist with staffing during peak/break times, and report maintenance/cleaning issues

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•At least 2 years in guest service and communications
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling guest needs and complaints
•Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs+ and occasionally sit
