Support clients across industries by advising on executive compensation and broader compensation programs. Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis, and help design and administer short- and long-term incentive plans, deferred compensation arrangements, and salary structures. Perform compensation diligence and integration support for M&A transactions, execute project plans and client deliverables, and collaborate with project teams to deliver an integrated client service approach.

•Benchmark executive, broad-based, sales, and/or physician compensation and develop recommendations from market analysis.
•Support design, implementation, administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, deferred compensation arrangements, and salary structures.
•Conduct compensation diligence and provide integration support for M&A transactions.
•Execute project plans, prepare client deliverables, and support marketing efforts.
•Work with project teams to deliver an integrated approach to client service, including supervising staff and leading engagements as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,200 - 129,030 annually

Key Requirements

•1-4 years of related work experience in compensation and consulting.
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
•Proficiency in compensation programs and consulting practices, including executive compensation benchmarking.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to deliver high-quality, client-facing service with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
