Job Summary

Drive the company vehicle to grower farms to spray vaccine on live chickens, then pull blood and cook fat samples for delivery. Mix vaccine, load supplies and trays, weigh product, record and maintain required data, and keep the vehicle and equipment sanitized. •Record and maintain required data as directed and follow Animal Welfare and Bio-Security guidelines.
•Sanitize vehicle and equipment, perform vehicle inspections, and load and unload trays of product by hand.
•Adhere to work schedules and complete housekeeping and other assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

•Must have 6 months operator experience with one employer in the previous 12 months.
•High school degree or equivalent.
•Valid MS driver's license with no more than two moving violations, including no DUI/DWI convictions, to obtain and maintain Tyson Operator’s Permit; biosecurity requirements must be met.
•Must be able to lift and handle product up to 10 lbs.
•Must be able to lift and carry a vaccine backpack in excess of 75 lbs and perform physical work (walk, climb, bend, stoop) at a fast pace.
