Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, mentor, and lead a crew of 3 to 6 installers on residential PV and storage installations.
  • •Manage daily construction workflow to ensure installations meet engineering plans, NEC codes, and safety standards.
  • •Enforce Sunrun and OSHA safety protocols, conduct safety huddles, and maintain secure job sites.
  • •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners, providing exceptional customer service throughout installation.
  • •Track and submit project logs, photos, and closeout documentation via mobile field tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.94 - 42.59 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of construction experience, including at least 1 year in solar installation.
  • •Solid knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), roof construction, and electrical wiring up to 600 VDC / 480 VAC.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company driving standards.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs with assistance) and work at heights/rooftops in varied weather conditions.
  • •OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, or state electrical licenses/certifications preferred.
