  • •Provide strategic leadership for the Sheet Metal Fabrication Focus Factory, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • •Lead a complex manufacturing operation, ensuring reliable production using press brakes, Salvagnini systems, CNC equipment, and related processes to meet customer demand.
  • •Develop and lead salaried and hourly teams by building capability, fostering accountability, and creating a high-performing culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other manufacturing leaders to align resources, remove barriers, and execute objectives.
  • •Champion long-term improvements using capacity planning, process optimization, automation, capital projects, and Lean/Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Requirements
