Job Summary

Design, build, and scale modern data platforms and pipelines that power agentic AI, analytics, reporting, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. Own ELT/ETL workflows ingesting data from systems like CRM, telemetry, marketing, finance, support, and subscriptions. Build governed, well-modeled datasets and improve reliability, quality, observability, and performance. Collaborate with analytics, data science, and business teams to deliver secure, production-grade data services.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across internal and external systems.
•Develop data solutions for analytics, BI, machine learning, AI/agentic AI, operational reporting, and self-service data access.
•Build ELT/ETL workflows ingesting and transforming data from CRM, product telemetry, marketing, finance, support, and subscription platforms.
•Create and maintain enterprise data models and improve data reliability, quality, observability, lineage, and performance.
•Partner with analytics engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, governed, production-grade data solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,250 - 193,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
•8+ years of data engineering experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or large-scale technology companies.
•Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
•Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
•Experience with data orchestration/transformations (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Informatica, Fivetran) and analytics-oriented data modeling.
