Maintenance Manager

Oversee maintenance and reliability for HelloFresh distribution sites and equipment, leading a team of associate managers and technicians with a hands-on, coaching approach. Manage M&R processes across automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, forklifts (PIT), and building upkeep, while providing project management support and coordinating vendors for planned and emergency repairs. Ensure compliance with maintenance regulations, promote food safety and a safety-first culture, and partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
