Job Summary

Serve as the CEO’s connective tissue, operating at his frequency to design AI-first operating rhythms and drive strategic program execution. You’ll lead AI transformation across functions, build an “intelligence layer” for signal over noise, and own board & investor preparation. Manage leadership-team cohesion and internal communications to align the company’s 100x org narrative with external ambition, while ensuring cross-functional initiatives land as shipped.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and stand up AI-first operating rhythms (leadership syncs, business reviews, quarterly planning, annual strategy), owning prep and follow-through.
•Partner with the CEO to lead total reinvention from first principles across functions, challenging workflows to identify what agents handle, what to eliminate, and what needs human judgment.
•Architect CEO intelligence systems for signal over noise so the CEO is the most informed person in key meetings and calls.
•Execute strategic priorities by scoping, assigning ownership, tracking progress, and ensuring initiatives land as shipped.
•Own board & investor meeting preparation (narrative development, data assembly, materials review, dry runs) and shape internal communications and narrative.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in strategic operations, management consulting, or a prior Chief of Staff role, with demonstrated impact (MBA optional but irrelevant).
•Managed people for 3+ years and can build a small, elite team to an unreasonable bar.
•Operate in pre-IPO dynamics including governance, compliance readiness, investor relations, and board management.
•Be an AI power user who has rebuilt personal workflows around agents, prompting, and automation (talking about it isn’t enough).
•Think from first principles and consistently write clarity into memos/frameworks/decision docs while moving fast with taste and high EQ.
