Job Summary

Lead Finance Non-Financial Risk and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) responsibilities within Financial Control, supporting oversight of the framework for effective management of Financial Reporting Risk. Define and support policy, procedures, standards, and guidance, partner with Financial Reporting Risk Stewards and key stakeholders, coordinate with SOX and Assurance teams, and support external auditors and governance reporting across Group processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support oversight of the framework for managing Financial Reporting Risk and SOX, including defining policy, procedures, standards, and guidance.
•Support key stakeholders (Financial Reporting Risk Stewards) to execute second-line defense for SOX compliance.
•Coordinate with the Finance Reporting Risk team, particularly SOX and Assurance teams.
•Work with SOX Process Owners and Control Owners and coordinate with external auditors and governance reporting (e.g., Group Audit Committee).
•Design and embed improvements in SOX management across regions, functions, and geographies in partnership with Operational Risk and Non-Financial Risk teams.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading and implementing driving SOX compliance.
•Relevant Finance and control knowledge, including experience working across multiple legal entities.
•Excellent business writing skills and the ability to draft and finalize papers for top governance forums.
•Ability to use AI productivity tools.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in a complex global environment, with experience working with Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and External Audit.
