Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance to customers in long-term engagements, including use case development, configuration, and optimization for Enterprise Security and Splunk User Behavior Analytics.
  • •Proactively resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve overall system resilience.
  • •Use security domain expertise to accelerate customer adoption of the Splunk security platform.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support) to ensure comprehensive customer success.
  • •Identify and champion product expansion opportunities, while driving strong CSAT through customer success storytelling and documenting outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 5 years in dedicated information security.
  • •Experience using or administering SIEM or security log management systems (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Q-Radar, Rapid7, Sentinel, Chronicle).
  • •Active Splunk certification and hands-on experience managing Splunk premium applications such as Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR (Phantom), or Splunk UBA.
  • •At least one industry-standard security certification such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, or an equivalent credential.
  • •Experience operating in both Unix and Windows environments, with command-line and Bash or Python scripting experience.
