Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce ice cream and ice cream cakes according to standardized recipes, production schedules, and customer orders.
  • •Accurately measure, mix, and assemble ingredients, fillings, toppings, and decorations to meet brand guidelines.
  • •Operate production equipment safely and monitor freezing, storage, and product quality during production.
  • •Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP procedures and proper handling, labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation.
  • •Support inventory and production tasks such as ingredient/packaging level monitoring, receiving/storage, packaging and storage, and reporting quality or equipment concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous experience in ice cream production, bakery, pastry, dessert, or food manufacturing is an advantage.
  • •Basic knowledge of food preparation and production processes.
  • •Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP).
  • •Ability to work in a cold production environment and work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
