Sales Support Associate II

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintain a well-organized sales floor. Operate POS accurately, manage cash handling per policy, and promote add-on products and gift cards. Receive and organize shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, replenish stock and execute visual merchandising updates. Support sales floor activities by answering customer requests, following Loss Prevention guidelines, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
