Key Responsibilities

  • •Personally lead onboarding for strategic accounts — RIAs, broker-dealers, and private wealth firms — delivering white-glove experiences that accelerate time-to-value and drive long-term retention
  • •Build and own the onboarding strategy: define the post-sale journey, white-glove service model, tiering framework, and success milestones from kickoff through full adoption
  • •Develop the onboarding infrastructure — playbooks, training assets, in-product resources, client-facing documentation, and scalable frameworks — that enable Onboarding Specialists to execute consistently without reinventing the wheel on every engagement
  • •Manage and develop the Onboarding team, providing coaching, clear ownership, and a structure that scales as the team and client base grows
  • •Partner with Sales to ensure strategic accounts are handed off with full context — and that the transition from close to onboarding feels seamless to the client

  • • Proven track record of building or scaling an onboarding program — not just delivering onboardings, but designing the systems and playbooks behind them
