Key Responsibilities

•Personally lead onboarding for strategic accounts — RIAs, broker-dealers, and private wealth firms — delivering white-glove experiences that accelerate time-to-value and drive long-term retention
•Build and own the onboarding strategy: define the post-sale journey, white-glove service model, tiering framework, and success milestones from kickoff through full adoption
•Develop the onboarding infrastructure — playbooks, training assets, in-product resources, client-facing documentation, and scalable frameworks — that enable Onboarding Specialists to execute consistently without reinventing the wheel on every engagement
•Manage and develop the Onboarding team, providing coaching, clear ownership, and a structure that scales as the team and client base grows
•Partner with Sales to ensure strategic accounts are handed off with full context — and that the transition from close to onboarding feels seamless to the client

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise onboarding, implementation, or customer success in wealth management, fintech, or financial services SaaS
•Deep knowledge of the RIA, broker-dealer, and/or private wealth space
•Proven track record of building or scaling an onboarding program with systems and playbooks
•Experience managing or mentoring junior team members with a focus on developing structure and ownership
•Excellent communicator with ability to translate complex product functionality into training materials for financial advisor audiences
