Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey from landing through expanding, adoption, and renewing.
  • •Translate customers’ strategic priorities into Celonis use cases, value assessments, and proof-of-value projects.
  • •Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks, and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
  • •Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • •Develop strategic expansion roadmaps and provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an analytical role to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software/SaaS deployment, ideally in customer-facing solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • •Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
  • •Knowledge of Python and/or SQL, with experience collaborating with IT teams.
  • •Experience identifying process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, and driving change by training users/process owners.
  • •Native-level or near-native German skills (written and spoken) to facilitate workshops and present to executive stakeholders.
