Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in inspection centers.
  • •Inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles and identify any imperfections/defects.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana’s spinners (Photobooth Associate).
  • •Work scheduled shifts (including mandatory overtime when required) and support reconditioning operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).

  • •Use safety equipment as required (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, protective garments).
